We recommend a personal visit to our campus during the week to see firsthand how we operate. A staff member will be available to answer any questions and give you a tour of the campus. You may observe the classrooms and ask students to relate their experience at EXCEL Academy of Texas to you. Staff will be available to answer any questions. Our average length of enrollment is about 12 months however length of stay is individualized and based on a student's need for academic credits. Our goal is to remain a small, intimate program with a student population of 50 co-ed students.

Online Application for Admission
We are pleased to offer a secure online application for admission to EXCEL Academy of Texas. This application requires detailed information about the student. Assuming you would like to enroll your student after visiting our campus the process will require the following:
- Approval by Admissions Board
- Initial monetary deposit as per the written contract
- Completion of enrollment packet and consent forms
Our tuition is very competitive and affordable. Student loans are available with monthly payments close to $600 per month. EXCEL Academy of Texas is an incredible and high quality value.
Other Admissions Criteria
Medications: Students currently stabilized on psychotropic medications are accepted and may be required to be assessed by our consulting psychiatrist.
Exclusionary criteria: Not appropriate for students who are psychotic, fire starters, pregnant, or are hearing or sight impaired. Students need to be willing to be enrolled and non-resistant upon enrollment. Actively and overly aggressive or violent students will not be admitted. Please talk to our Admissions Office to discuss any details. Students who are medically unstable or diabetic are not admitted.
Financial Assistance
EXCEL Academy of Texas currently does not offer scholarships or discounted tuition. Student Loans are made available via a third party. As a member of Aspen Education Group, we are pleased to offer parents assistance with the loan process. A loan broker, Shauna Clark provides personal, hassle-free assistance throughout the loan process. Shauna has personal experience with struggling teens and understands what parents are going through. She is often able to secure funding for all your educational expenses such as escort services, ancillaries, and enrollment fees.
Reasonable interest rates (amortization over 20 years) will allow families to finance their child's education with affordable monthly payments. In some instances payments can be deferred for up to 6 months. Loans have no prepayment penalty or cancellation fees. Pre-approval often within 24-48 hours.
